Detailed Itinerary

    Delhi

    In the morning your tour driver will pick up you from your desired location in Delhi and then we will proceed for sightseeing tour of Delhi, visiting such sights as Qutub Mina and Humayun’s Tomb. Continue with a drive through the embassy area, the government buildings and Connaught Place, the heart and main shopping district of the capital, as well as a visit to India Gate. Visit Jama Masjid, the biggest mosque in India and Old Delhi walk. Stay overnight at hotel.

    Delhi – Agra

    After breakfast, drive to Agra along one of the India’s finest freeways. Upon your arrival at Agra, check-in to the hotel. Rest for a while following which you would be taken on a sightseeing tour of the historic city of Agra. First in the list would be the wonder of the world, the beautiful Taj Mahal. This legendary white marble structure was built by another great Mughal ruler, Shah Jahan in commemoration of his love for his wife, Mumtaz Mahal. Every day, the Taj receives a huge influx of tourists from all over the globe.

    In the latter half of our sightseeing trip, guests would be admiring the majestic Agra Fort and Itmad-ud-Daula’s tomb. Both of these structures hold great significance for the city’s heritage. Evenings are meant for some local shopping. Feel free to explore the whereabouts of the local market, buying souvenirs and handicrafts. Post that returns to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

    Agra – Jaipur

    Your driver and guide will meet you at your hotel and then take you for a sunrise view of the Taj Mahal. A dawn visit to the fabled Taj Mahal to witness the magical effects caused by the reflections of the changing colors of the rising Sun on this brilliant white marble building.

    Return back to your hotel for breakfast. Afterward, proceed towards Jaipur and stop to visit Fatehpur Sikri - a UNESCO World Heritage Site which has been described as “the world’s most perfectly preserved ghost town.” Built by Akbar in the late 16th century, it was abandoned after only 14 years, and the elegant buildings of this superb walled city remain intact to this day.

    After, depart for Jaipur, upon arrival check in at the hotel and relax for the evening. Stay overnight in Jaipur.

    Jaipur – Delhi

    After breakfast, begin city sightseeing tour; visit the beautiful palace complex, situated in the core of the Pink City Jaipur. Next see Jantar Mantar adjacent to the City Palace. Jantar Mantar is an observatory of astronomy built by Jai Singh in 1728.

    Later explore Hawa Mahal - Palace of Wind. Next you may visit Jal Mahal on the way to Amber fort, and then drive to Amber Fort, also known as Amer Fort. Located at the outskirts of the city (11 km away), Amber Fort is well-known for the grandeur it features and is an integral part of the city.

    After full day Jaipur visit, you would be driven back to Delhi and further transferred to airport/railway station for the onward journey back home.
